My experience today with Mr. Brian on the other end of the telephone made this horrible situation a pleasant one from the beginning. I Googled "tow truck near me" and MCS Towing Service was near the top of the list of linked tow services. I called the phone number listed and reached Mac. He answered the phone right away then quoted a reasonable price to tow my truck to the dealership. When he arrived he attempted boosting the truck's battery first rather than tow, it the longer distance, to the dealership. The truck cranked up right away. Instead of a towing cost I was charged a reasonably service fee. I highly recommend Mac and MCS Towing Service. I will keep Mac's business card in my wallet and refer others in need of MCS Towing Services.

My vehicle became inoperable at the conner of Rockbridge and Stone Mountain Lithonia Rd at 2pm in the afternoon. I being a woman was very nervous. I called MCS Towing and the person that answered said a tow driver would call me right back. I hadn't even been off the phone 10 seconds when the tow driver called. I explained were I was located and he said I will be there in 15 minutes and he was. He was very professional and friendly. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do. I'm speaking from my personal experience with MCS towing their professionalism,service and punctuality is simply amazing I would give them 10 stars but 5 is the limit.

Needed to get my car towed to the repair shop to diagnose the issue. MCS Towing showed up within the estimated arrival time. The repair shop was going to be closed since it was after hours and they had no problem leaving the keys in the overnight drop box for the shop to get the next day. Definitely appreciate the great customer service.

Quick service and nice driver. I lost the towing hook to my car and Brian had one for me. He towed my car to the shop and was nice enough to let me ride along since the shop is close to my home. He then went above and beyond and took me home so I didnt have to Uber. I also liked that he was tech savvy and didnt take a picture of my license and credit card like the last two rows I had. Nice guy too, it was fun to hear about his travels.

Mac was very very helpful with towing my car. My car was stuck in an intersection and the police was going to have another towing company tow it. He got there with 2 minutes to spare and I was able to get my car towed for a good price. He was also able to identify the reason why my car stopped running while I was driving (the alternator).
